Jeff Bickerstaff

CLTC - Agency Owner

You probably could say Jeff Bickerstaff has been helping people most of his adult life.  Primarily, he helps his clients protect the people and property that are important to them – family, homes, automobiles and more. But Jeff also gives of his time in the surrounding communities, serving as mayor of Sachse, TX, after serving on the city council for 10 years; is a certified storm spotter for the National Weather Service and hosts the 3296 Weather podcast; is the secretary of the Rotary Club of Garland; enjoys being an academic tutor for the Garland ISD; and is a volunteer at 5 Loaves Food Pantry in Sachse.

A lifelong resident of north Texas, Jeff graduated from Garland High School and has lived in Sachse since 1999. He and his wife, Leslie, have three children – Emily, Allison and Nathan.

Tiffany Burton

Office Manager / Associate Agent

Tiffany is a veteran of the insurance world, working over the years with some of the nation’s biggest names – Geico, Mercury, State Farm and Nationwide. She has spent the last two decades at this agency. Tiffany says the most enjoyable part of her job is “educating our clients and potential clients about policy coverage in order for them to make the best decision for their family.” As the leader of the “ultimate girls club,” Tiffany is the mother of four daughters and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with her daughters, and singing acapella gospel music.

Sherry Halliday

Customer Service Manager / Associate Agent

Like Jeff, Sherry grew up in Garland, TX but has lived in Sachse for more than 20 years. Her knowledge and familiarity with the Collin/Dallas/Rockwall county area is a big asset to Bickerstaff Insurance clients. Sherry has spent more than 25 years in the insurance business. She and her husband have two children. One of her favorite things to do is make homemade cards to send to family and friends “to let them know someone is thinking of them.” She also loves spending time with family and friends.

A proud Louisiana native who now calls Texas home since 2006!  I understand how quickly life can change in an instant!  My own experience brought not only deep emotional heartbreak but also unexpected financial uncertainty which led me into the insurance industry.  Life showed me the real challenges families face, and it inspired my commitment to helping others protect what matters most.
